Mark Gaspar appointed to Chicago Bar Foundation Young Professionals Board
CHICAGO — Chicago IP Studio is pleased to announce that its Founder and Managing Attorney, Mark Gaspar, has been appointed to the Young Professionals Board of The Chicago Bar Foundation (CBF).
The Chicago Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the Chicago Bar Association and works to improve access to justice for people in need while helping make the legal system more fair, equitable, and effective for people of all backgrounds and incomes. The organization advances that mission through grants, advocacy, pro bono initiatives, partnerships, and legal-system reform.
The CBF’s Young Professionals Board brings together attorneys and professionals from across Chicago’s legal community who are committed to supporting the Foundation’s access-to-justice mission. Young Professionals Board members also participate in initiatives supporting legal aid, civic and legal education, community engagement, and the CBF’s broader philanthropic work.
His appointment to the Young Professionals Board reflects Chicago IP Studio’s broader commitment to access-to-justice work, community involvement, and expanding access to practical legal resources for individuals and organizations that may not traditionally have access to ongoing legal counsel.
Through its work, the CBF seeks both to increase access to free and affordable legal assistance and to make courts and the legal system easier to navigate for people without lawyers.
